Pat manages a consortium of 30 suburban communities consisting of townships villages and cities in a multi -county jurisdiction. Pat regulates cable TV rates for those community's subscribers and is the Executive Producer of all local cable television on five community-based channels. The ICRC also lobbies state and federal elected officials on issues affecting our communities and cable TV subscriber's rates.

Pat started giving five minutes of free airtime to all elected officials in every local race, and has done so now for over a decade. This has been a successful program that has been copied in every major cable access center around the United States. Pat has also helped elected officials produce their own shows over the last two decades.
